	Sustainable Tourism On Vashon's Board of Director Dr. Rita Schenck will lecture on how to measure the sustainability of tourism. Rita Schenck is an executive director of the Institute for Environmental research and Education will give an evening lecture on Life Cycle Assessment, the science of measuring environmental sustainability. Dr. Schenck is a co-founder of the American Center for Life Cycle Assessment. She represented the US in negotiating the international standards on LCA., Life Cycle Assessment.
